Shipping Policy

-We usually ship out the product within 2 working days. Upon placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation email and when the products are shipped out, we send an email with the courier tracking number.

-We usually use Delhivery and ExpressBees courier services. For remote areas, we may use India post. Delivery time is 2-4 days across India. However, we can not assure any date of arrival but can give an estimated time based on your order location and mode of shipment i.e. air or surface.

-We can help with the order change or cancellation only before the products are shipped out. 

-Cash on delivery is available based on the order confirmation done by the customer through Call/ WhatsApp/ Email or SMS. Without such confirmation, we will not be able to ship the order.

- We send out the majority of the shipments through the surface. However, some temperature-sensitive products or lightweight products can be sent by air.

- Based on special requests we can send all the products via Air, however liquid item is prohibited through air cargo so only non-liquid items can be shipped. For such requests, you can reach out to support@vegandukan.com. Additional charges are applicable for air shipments.

- Shipping charges which are shown at the time of check-out are final.
